Lovely two weeks in the Vendée. Sadly Covid changed many plans (Puy du Fou etc..) but still able to enjoy space, peace and relaxation.
La Rochelle is a must visit, free parking by the park very handy. Lovely lunch at one of the restaurants by the fish market.
La Terrière lovely beach for body-boarding.

House is beautiful, although we hardly spent any time inside. Beautiful furniture and comfy clean beds. Pool and patio used all the time. Great garden for Eric (the dog) to play and shelter from the sun. We had a lovely relaxing time. Accommodation extremely well stocked. Will be back for sure, also Annette was lovely & helpful too!
* the only negative (sorry) is patio floor - this could be nicer. Concrete is not a good look.
In reply: the patio has now been changed from concrete to a paved terrace! Much nicer!
